Melynda Fenn, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of diverse healthcare experience serving patients across Arizona. She is the founder and medical director of AZ Vitality and Wellness in Peoria, Arizona, where she specializes in regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), IV therapy, and medical aesthetics.

Melynda began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse, working in some of the most demanding clinical environments, including emergency medicine, cardiac care, trauma, pediatrics, labor and delivery, and behavioral health. This foundation gave her not only advanced clinical skills but also a deep appreciation for the importance of treating patients with compassion, empathy, and individualized care.

After earning her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Melynda’s focus shifted toward preventive and restorative medicine. She developed a passion for regenerative therapies, advanced her training in IV nutrient therapy, and became a sought-after specialist in hormone therapy. Her work now combines traditional medical expertise with cutting-edge treatments designed to restore balance, optimize health, and help her patients look and feel their best.
