What Is NAD+, and What Does an NAD+ IV Do?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. Your cells use it to turn the food you eat into energy, and it helps run the enzymes that repair DNA. NAD+ levels tend to fall as we get older, which is a big part of why researchers are interested in it.
An NAD+ IV delivers NAD+ straight into a vein in a slow drip of fluids, so it skips your digestive system. An NAD+ shot is a smaller dose given as a quick injection. Both are prepared for us by a licensed compounding pharmacy, because NAD+ isn’t part of any FDA-approved drug.

What to Expect at Your First NAD+ Infusion
Plan on 2 to 4 hours. Most people read, work on a laptop or rest.

Book online or call or text 602-540-3547. Before your infusion, we review your health history and medications and confirm NAD+ makes sense for you.
Start at a lower dose
First-time patients usually start at 100 or 250 mg so we can see how your body handles it. 750 and 1,000 mg are only for patients who’ve had NAD+ before.
Settle into our IV lounge
A nurse practitioner places your IV, and you relax in a leather recliner while the drip runs. Bring something to read, a phone charger or a light jacket if you run cold.
We watch and adjust the drip
Some people feel chest tightness, flushing, cramping or nausea as NAD+ goes in. Tell us right away. Slowing the drip usually eases it within minutes.
Head back to your day
Most people go about their normal day afterward. Drink some water, and tell us how you felt so we can plan your next dose.

Our clinic is in North Peoria at 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road, with free parking right outside. Patients come from across the West Valley. Arrowhead is about 11 minutes away, Norterra and Vistancia about 14, Sun City West about 16 and Surprise about 21.
Because an NAD+ infusion takes a few hours, we book it as its own appointment. Morning and midday visits leave plenty of time for higher doses.
