Partnering for Better Health: AZ Vitality & Wellness Joins Forces with Veritas Wellness for Nutrition and Lifestyle Support

“A man’s got to know his limitations.” – Inspector Harry Callahan

One of the greatest joys of working in the Regenerative Medicine field is meeting the incredible people who walk through our doors and trust us with their health and well-being. A close second? Connecting with other providers and practices that share the same passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

Like any responsible provider, our top priority is always the safety of our patients. Once we’ve confirmed that our therapies are safe, our focus shifts to helping patients succeed on their wellness journey. If you’ve spent any time with me, you know I have strong opinions about the current state and quality of our food sources. So, you might be wondering, how do I incorporate nutrition into patient care? The answer is… I don’t. And here’s why.

Every Regenerative Medicine practice naturally gravitates toward certain specialties. For me, nutrition has never been a field I’ve explored in depth, other than sharing the occasional “eat your protein” reminder or suggesting “maybe just two cookies instead of six.” As the quote at the beginning says, I am aware of my limitations.

However, understanding those limitations also means recognizing when to collaborate with the right people. And when it involves nutrition, lifestyle changes, and long-term health habits, we’ve found the ideal team: Veritas Wellness.

Founded by Anthony Trombetta, BSN, RN, and Chris Mavromatis, BSN, RN, Veritas Wellness is rooted in a strong commitment to understanding each client as a whole person. When I asked Anthony to describe their philosophy, he shared this:

“At Veritas Wellness, we believe that lasting health begins with understanding each person’s unique needs. We take the time to review your health history, daily routines, and goals, then develop a personalized plan that includes nutrition, movement, supplements, and practical lifestyle changes.

There are many natural ways to complement the strengths of Western medicine. While modern healthcare excels in emergencies and acute care, many ongoing health issues are better managed through a proactive, whole-person approach. Our bodies were not built for the demands of today’s modern world, which is why many people struggle with fatigue, weight concerns, poor sleep, and stress, even when they do what they believe is ‘right.’

Our goal is to bridge that gap. We focus on making noticeable improvements quickly while guiding clients toward lasting habits. Whether you want more energy, a healthier weight, improved recovery, or simply to feel stronger every day, we offer evidence-based strategies and high-touch, concierge-level support to help you achieve your goals.

Master your health. Optimize your body. Unlock your potential.”

We at AZ Vitality & Wellness are excited to partner with Anthony and Chris. Their expertise in nutrition and lifestyle medicine enhances the regenerative therapies we offer, providing our patients with even more comprehensive care.

Ultimately, recognizing your limitations isn’t a weakness; it’s a strength. It’s the first step toward growth, and sometimes that growth comes from finding the right people to walk the journey with you. For us, that’s Veritas Wellness.

Until next time, friends, Stay Healthy, Stay Strong and always Stay Amazing,
