AZ Vitality and Wellness is a nurse practitioner-led medical wellness clinic and med spa at 7984 W Happy Valley Rd., Suite 115, Peoria, AZ 85383. We’re in The Trailhead shopping center, the Safeway center on the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.

Patients visit us from Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City West, Vistancia and North Phoenix for medical weight loss, hormone care, IV therapy, body contouring and in-house lab testing, all under one roof. We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Paying for your care

We don’t bill insurance. Many patients use an HSA or FSA card for eligible treatments, and Cherry payment plans are available. See starting prices on our pricing page.
