Run don’t walk. I wasted years going so so many doctors frustrated with my hormones and weight gain.
I dieted and worked out to loos a few pounds.
They all said the same thing work out more eat less.
I finally made an appointment with Melinda and she explained everything to me and made me feel like someone was listening for the first time.
Three months in I am sleeping through the night, no more hot flashes and am losing weight.
