Just walked out of PT @impact_pt_az.

My ortho surgeon @cucchettiorthopedics got me here, and my physical therapist is doing the hard work with me twice a week. That part I trust completely. Do the reps, even the ones you complain about.

But two appointments a week means five days of the week are on me. That’s the part I underestimated. The stiffness doesn’t wait politely until Tuesday.
