What is AZ Vitality and Wellness?

AZ Vitality and Wellness is a nurse practitioner-led medical wellness clinic and med spa in Peoria, AZ. We offer medical weight loss, hormone and sexual health care for women and men, IV therapy and vitamin shots, peptide therapy, PRP, in-house lab testing, body contouring and skin treatments, and EXOMIND for mental wellness. Our founder and Medical Director is Melynda Fenn, FNP-C.

You can choose which provider you see. Our care is led by two board-certified family nurse practitioners, Melynda Fenn, FNP-C, our founder and Medical Director, and Kenra Johnson, FNP-C, and both see women and men. Tell us who you’d like when you book or call 602-540-3547.

Book online any time, or call or text 602-540-3547 and our front desk will get you scheduled. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a provider is available, but booking ahead is the best way to make sure we can see you right when you arrive.

Most new patients start with a consultation that runs about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider goes over your health history, symptoms and goals, orders labs if they’ll help (we draw them right here), and walks you through your options and costs before you commit to anything. If your first visit is an IV, plan on about an hour and a half.

We’re at 7984 W Happy Valley Rd., Suite 115, Peoria, AZ 85383, with free parking right outside. We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

Cost and payment

Cost, Insurance and Payment

We don’t bill insurance, but you can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for eligible treatments. Monthly payment plans are also available through Cherry.

Body contouring and hyperhidrosis consultations are free. Peptide therapy and regenerative treatment consultations are $150. Hormone replacement therapy consultations and general health and wellness consultations are $250, and if you enroll in a hormone membership the same day, you get a $100 credit toward your consultation. There’s no consult fee if you’re coming in only for a vitamin shot.
