Fasting requirements depend on which tests your provider orders. Some panels — such as metabolic labs or certain hormone tests — may require fasting for 8–12 hours beforehand. Others do not. We are located at 7984 W Happy Valley Rd., Suite 115, Peoria, AZ 85383 — near the Happy Valley and 79th Ave corridor in northwest Peoria. Our hours are: Tuesday 9 am–5 pm, Wednesday 8 am–6 pm, Thursday–Friday 9 am–5 pm, and Saturday 10 am–3 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Saturday morning appointments make us a convenient option for patients who cannot come in during the week.
